Each step is meticulously executed to enhance the appearance, durability, and functionality of the leather, resulting in premium-quality products.
Chemical Coating process

Before applying any chemicals, the leather surface needs to be cleaned thoroughly to remove any dirt, oils, or other impurities. This ensures proper adhesion of the chemical coatings.

A primer or base coat may be applied to the leather surface to enhance its ability to bond with subsequent layers of chemicals. The primer helps to create a uniform surface and improves the overall finish of the leather.

The desired color is applied to the leather using specialized pigments or dyes. This step allows for customization of the leather’s appearance, whether it’s a solid color or a unique pattern.

Various chemical coatings are applied to the leather to achieve specific properties such as water resistance, durability, or texture. These coatings may include polyurethane, acrylics, or other polymers designed to enhance the leather’s performance and appearance.

After the chemical coatings are applied, the leather is dried using controlled temperature and humidity conditions. This allows the coatings to cure properly and bond with the leather fibers.

Once the leather is dry, a finishing layer may be applied to enhance its appearance and durability further. The finishing coat may include additives such as waxes, oils, or gloss enhancers to achieve the desired look and feel.
